2. Welding data recording
Most semi-auto machines have data logger as optional extra.CNC machine comes with built-in high-precision data recording as standard; all parameters can be saved, exported and printed for project traceability.
3. Welding accuracy & repeatability
Semi-auto relies more on operator's skill. Manual operation brings human error risk in pressure control. CNC closed-loop hydraulic system precisely controls pressure and displacement.
